Well, I will have been on the radio four times this week, twice as me on Terri's daytime show on Express fm and tomorrow (Friday 7th)at midday with some colleagues from the organisational team for the Mental Health -  Everyone's Business week (see front page of the website). Twice as Walker Broad once played on One World Radio and appearing live with Andy on Shep Woolley's show on Express fm on Sunday at 4pm. 93.7fm if you fancy tuning in on Friday or Sunday! http://www.expressfm.com/  Clearly my attempts to take over tha airwaves are on a role this week! I even had an email from Radio Solent today asking for information about the week so I guess they are going to mention it there too. Truely marvellous how word gets about if you keep on gobbing off about something!

I am having a mixture of panic and excitement about the upcoming week. My dining room looks like a promotional timebomb just waiting to explode and scatter posters, flyers and leaflets everywhere. There is no room to eat in there nor will there be till next week! All the events look like they are going to be seriously exciting and now we just need the punters to turn up.

The practices with Simon and Blackie are always a pleasure and the music really works with a bigger band scenario. I am really really looking forward to the gig next week, not only because then I will have survived the week and will be able to rest the next day!

So, first stop for me this weekend is the Cascades shopping centre in Portsmouth all day Saturday promoting the weeks events so maybe I'll see you in passing and hand you a flyer or two.  Then the Tongues and Grooves evening at the Florence Arms in Southsea which kicks off at 8pm and promises to be a doosy!
